Making of Global Managers
Problem Statement Solutions Outcome

1. When Tata Motors was going Global because of new acquisitions and M&As they were faced with a critical challenge…Indian Managers were NOT culturally savvy!

2. They were finding it very difficult to ‘manage’ multicultural task forces!

3. Indian employees relocating to foreign locations on short or term durations were at a loss to live and work in different counties.

4. Those going with families were NOT able to manage the challenges faced by their family members.

Shiv and Team were asked to look into his issue. His back ground as an Inter-culturist enabled him to Design and facilitate a country specific Global managers program which covered the following:

  • Culture essentials
  • Communication effectiveness –Oral, Interpersonal, Writing and Presenting
  • Corporate and Social Etiquette
  • First time travel abroad
  • Dining etiquette and table manners
  • Dressing and grooming
  • Office Etiquette
  • Time management
  • Stress management including Yoga
  • Personality development
  • Negotiation skills
  • Influencing without authority

Fullest support to the acquisitions and M&As of Tata Motors.
