In early 2000, India was opening its doors and welcoming international visitors and business. There were limited points of entry. Immigration was very tedious, cumbersome and hence highly frustrating.	Shiv examined the matter and observed the processes at several international entry points. With official permission he video recorded the live situations. Based on this his team and he suggested the following: 1. A specialized You are the Key program on customer orientation. 2. A video based certification Train The Trainer program for 20 members of Immigration Bureau	The original 20 members covered more than 1000 members. All international entry and exit points were covered 100%
