We all know that Women make up roughly half of the world’s population and have also increased their representation in public life over the past decade. We have also witnessed the dynamic growth of women leadership in the corporate worldwide. Yet there is a gap in women experts, especially in some of the industry segments. Lack of Role models makes it even difficult for Women to strive for becoming Experts, which may take thousands of hours to reach there.
